For out-of-hours safeguarding in Kirklees, call the Kirklees Emergency Duty Service (EDS) at 01484 414933 to report concerns about a child or adult. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999, or for less urgent concerns, contact the NSPCC helpline at 0808 800 5000. In emergencies, always contact 999 first.

- When to use: Weekdays from 5:15 PM to 8:45 AM, and 24 hours a day on weekends and bank holidays.
