These laws form the foundation of our Trust-wide Health and Safety Policy, which is reviewed annually and updated in line with best practice and statutory guidance.

Our Health and Safety Policy is designed to cover all aspects of safety management, including:

• Manual handling and working at height
• Lone working and off-site visits
• Lettings and contractor management

• Staff training and communication protocols

We ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and receive appropriate training. Each academy has designated health and safety leads, and we maintain clear lines of accountability from site level to Trust leadership.
