Early Help
What is early help at an Learning Community Trust academy.Early Help at Heritage MAT
At Heritage Multi Academy Trust, we understand that every family can face challenges from time to time. That’s why we are committed to offering Early Help - support designed to identify and address concerns before they become more serious.
Early Help is about working together with families to provide the right support, at the right time. Whether it’s help with routines at home, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, or relationships, our schools are here to listen and guide you toward the services that can make a real difference.
We aim to:
- Spot concerns early and offer support before problems escalate.
- Work in partnership with parents to find practical solutions.
- Signpost families to trusted local services, including those provided by Kirklees Council.
