Having worked across Local Authorities and Multi Academy Trusts, Kirsty is senior school leader and also an experienced Governor. She has experience of collaborative practices for school improvement and raising achievement for disadvantaged children and those with SEND within the profile of MAT; working across schools with a shared vision. She has experience of a safeguarding, mental health support and inclusion. She has also led on behaviour, relationships and personal development.
