James currently leads large change/transformation programmes within government and private sector organisations. This work requires implementation, leadership, and management of effective governance structures & processes to meet legislative and operational requirements.

James works in the property services sector (workplace & facilities management) including procurement, mobilisation/demobilisation and commercial management of large, outsourced service delivery.
