What do we do?
The central team focuses on driving economies of scale and operational excellence across the Trust. This includes:

• Procurement: Securing best-value deals for goods and services.
• Service Level Agreements: Negotiating and managing contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Estates & ICT Infrastructure: Maintaining safe, modern facilities and robust technology systems.

The team is comprised of:

Beyond this core leadership, we utilise a network of skilled support staff to deliver and implement our plans in key areas such as clerking, safeguarding, attendance management, and financial management.
